Accepted payment methods

Payment
All CA state residents must pay 9% sales tax.

Payment
Payment is due at the time the order is placed, once an order is placed via ETSY payment is expected via PayPal. Please note that PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and E-Checks. All of the payments are processed via PayPal, therefore I do not have access to any of the credit Information. If you have any questions in regards to the privacy or security policies of PayPal, please contact them directly.

PayPal payments are the only types of payments I accept. Please make note that I do NOT accept any other form of payment, including but not limited to personal checks, cashier checks or money orders.

Failure of Payment
If an order is placed and a payment is not submitted at the time of the order; I will follow-up with the buyer to remind them a payment was not received when the order was placed. If I do not hear back from the buyer or payment is not made within 24 hours, I will cancel the order.
Shipping

US Domestic Orders

For US Domestic orders, all items are shipped via the United States Postal Service with Priority Shipping, the shipping time has an average duration of 2-3 business days. Once your order is complete, we will send you an email notification with the shipment date and the tracking number. All items in one order can only be sent to one shipping address, if you need to have items shipped to multiple addresses, please order the items separately and indicate each specific shipping address.

If you purchase one than one item in an order and require multiple shipping address, please contact me and we can arrange a solution for you.

International Orders

For International orders, all items are shipped via the United States Postal Service with First Class Shipping; the shipping time has an average 1-3 weeks depending upon the country. Once your order is complete, we will send you an email notification with the shipment date. All items in one order can only be sent to one shipping address, if you need to have items shipped to multiple addresses, please order the items separately and indicate each specific shipping address.
Fantella is not responsible for lost packages, international packages are mailed first-class international mail with a proof of mailing customs declaration number.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final, I will not exchange or refund your money back. So, before you commit to purchase the item please read the discription of the item.
Additional policies and FAQs
Gift Wrapping:

We do offer free gift wrapping for any order, please let us know and I will be happy to gift wrap the box and include a card for you.


Tracking Packages:

All of our orders are shipping using the United States Post Office; all US domestic orders are shipped via Priority Mail. Once the order has shipped you will received a shipping confirmation email with the tacking number of the package.

Since International orders are shipped via the United States Post Office, once the package leaves the US it can no longer be tracked. Sorry, no tracking on International orders.
