I initially left a bad review for this seller, but am updating it after working with her and receiving my item. If you are in a hurry, make sure you understand the sellers timeframe and have realistic expectations! My signature drink artwork turned out beautifully and I am very happy with it! Can't wait to display it at my upcoming wedding. The artist listened to my requests and updated the pictures exactly as I asked. Definitely would recommend if you're looking to jazz up your sign game for a wedding or event with some custom artwork!

Originally posted a negative review because I didn’t receive the product, but Ana reached out and made it right, which is all you can ask!! Even after being fully refunded, she made the illustration the same day that she reached out. It turned out so beautifully, and I cannot wait to have it on display at my wedding.

I receive a portrait of my dog and it’s just as she looks in the photo, adorable!

The order was never received. Customer service was nonexistent, as the seller ignored my messages. This was the worst experience I have ever had on Etsy.

Ana was responsive and fast, but the product delivered was a bit more abstract than I was expecting and missed a few details. We discussed some changes and she was open and very pleasant about making them, however I didn't receive and updated version
