Since your item is hand made just for you, it usually takes between 14-21 days to complete and then ship your item. (However, right now due to my workload turnaround time on custom orders is taking a bit longer up to 28 days.) When checking out on Etsy, please include the date by which you need your item. If you would like a tracking number on your shipment, please contact me before purchasing so that I may create a custom order for you to include this request.

I accept purchases through PayPal. Sales tax for North Carolina will automatically be calculated on your Etsy Invoice.

Since your item is hand made just for you, it usually takes between 14-21 days to complete and ship your item. If you would like a tracking number on your shipment, please include this information in the message to seller box. (However, right now due to my workload turnaround time on custom orders is taking a bit longer up to 28 days.) If you need your item sent via Priority or Express mailed, please contact me prior to purchasing your item on etsy and I can create a custom order for you. PLEASE CHECK YOUR MAILING ADDRESS ON ETSY! Packages will always be shipped to the shipping address noted during checkout on ETSY, not PayPal. If an address is incorrect on the buyer's Esty invoice, I cannot be responsible for refunding the cost if an item gets lost.

PRIORITY/EXPRESS MAIL OPTIONS:
Priority mail takes 3-4 days if shipped in the U.S. and Express Mail can take upst 2-3 days depending on your location. Costs are for shipping & handling including both postage and shipping materials.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Domestic packages are shipped First Class Mail from North Carolina through the US Postal Service. Arrival through the Post Office can take up to a week and a half for domestic packages. Please note that while the time frames suggested by the post office are usually accurate, they are NOT guaranteed. If you'd like to send your package guaranteed through another carrier, please contact me for more information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International packages ship First Class Mail from North Carolina in the eastern United States through the US Postal Service.International packages going first class can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. Tracking is not available for international packages unless going Express Mail. There will be a customs number that can be used as shipment confirmation.

If you would like to send your international package via International Priority Mail instead of First Class U.S. Mail, it can take anywhere from 6-14 days or longer depending on your location.

If you are unhappy with a ready made product, refunds will be accepted up to 10 business days after the postmark date the item was sent to you. Special circumstances do apply, please contact me with any questions. Item must be received back in sell-able condition in order for a refund to be issued or a replacement to be sent. Please note: CUSTOMER is responsible for shipping costs back to the seller in this case. Your shipping costs will NOT be refunded and you WILL be required to pay additional postage.

If an item is defective or broken upon receipt, please contact the seller via Etsy conversation immediately about further action. (Please note I do not check my email address as often as I check Etsy Convos.)

Please note that custom orders or personalized items are absolutely non-refundable.

Clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Lost Items

Once an item is shipped and leaves my hands, I have no control of what happens to it. If you want to ascertain that you receive your item, U.S. Express Mail guarantees delivery at 19.95. If you choose not to send your item U.S. Express Mail and your item gets lost in the mail, your purchase will be refunded minus shipping and handling costs.
