Welcome to my little shop! If you haven't noticed, It's full of rust, dust, dirt, chippy paint and tons of other fun stuff. I just love an old sign, unique old hardware, burlap sacks, farm equipment, etc. So come on in and look around - don't be afraid to make a fair offer, some things I might dicker on others I may not - but it never hurts to ask! I don't do "automatic cart discounts" - just convo me and I'll let you know if I can discount on a per/item basis.

Shipping is ALWAYS combined and refunded promptly on multiple items.

Hi - we are just a good old country couple that live in the NC Mountains. We have been collecting primitives and other treasures for decades- we are busting at the seams, and it's time to simplify!

Returns: I do not have a strict return policy, but I do have stellar feedback and many happy customers.

Each request is considered on a case by case basis, and we can work to together to make sure we come to the correct end.

Many of my items are as-is - please read the descriptions carefully - barn finds and such may need to be rebuilt, rewired, etc. I note this where applicable.

Prompt payment is just good business. If there is an issue, please contact me ASAP, and we can work it out. I currently accept Paypal or Credit Card, unless you are local and would like to pick item up, then cash can be accepted.

Shipping is non-refundable!
Shipping
Shipping on multiple purchases will always be combined, likely for a lower cost than stated. I always upgrade to priority shipping when feasible. Insurance is optional for the buyer, please contact prior to payment, and I will adjust accordingly.

Your purchase will be shipped to the address on file with Etsy/Paypal. It is the responsibility of the buyer to maintain up to date profile information. I cannot be held responsible for returned packages due to incorrect address. In the event an undeliverable address is provided and the package is returned, I will convo the buyer to discuss options, including address correction and repayment of shipping costs.
