Inspiration and IdyllWyse

I am interested in the intersection between representational imagery and abstraction as well as how the cycles of nature parallel the human experience.

Inspiration comes from everywhere: light, fleeting moments, people, travel, art, books, music, film, materials.

I started drawing at an early age and art became a passion. I graduated from the University of Southern California with a BFA in Fine Art and a minor in Art History.

Having grown up within a hands-on household of creative individuals, my shop's name reflects an appreciation for the memories of those times (Idyll) as well as wisdom gained (Wyse).

I hope you find something here that will inspire you!
