Returns and exchange details
All items are vintage, and sold as-is/as-found. While all major damage and flaws will be noted in the listing, please expect vintage items to show some age appropriate wear and imperfections.

All sales are final. Please take the time to review photos & descriptions and
submit any questions or concerns prior to checking out. If additional photos, close
ups, or details are needed to aide in your decision, please request prior to making
your purchase.
Shipping
I ship all items from the Midwest. Etsy's calculated shipping rates vary based on item weight, size & buyer location and are calculated using the USPS. If the calculated shipping cost seems high on an item you are interested in purchasing, please contact me with your zip code. I will do a shipping calculation to check if the amount you are seeing is correct or look for another shipping option that may be less expensive. Often times FedEx is less expensive going to the west coast.

Most items are shipped via the USPS unless otherwise noted. FedEx, UPS and Greyhound Package Express are used for larger items or at customers request. If there is a specific shipping carrier you would prefer, please notify me upon check out. Carrier and shipping charges will then be adjusted and you will be invoiced for any additional shipping charges.

Listed shipping costs are estimates and are non refundable.

I ship to the address on the Etsy transaction receipt unless a different address is requested and documented through Etsy Conversations.

Due to the large size of some items, as well as the desire to offer the lowest possible
shipping costs, some light assembly may be required.

All items are photographed prior to & during packing and will ship in the condition listed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All items shipped internationally, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties,
and/or fees imposed by the destination country and are the responsibility of buyer
and are not included in shipping charges. Import charges are commonly based on the purchase price and type of item, package weight & dimensions, origin country, taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

I do not mark items shipped internationally as "gifts" or state their value as lower than the listed/purchased price.

I require all packages shipped internationally to be sent in a mail class that includes package tracking and insurance. Additional charges may apply.


SHIPPING DAMAGE
All orders shipped with the USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL will be insured by shipping carrier for the purchased price in the event of shipping damage. Seller is not responsible for shipping related damage, items lost while in transit or stolen from a non-secure delivery location after final delivery scan has been completed by carrier.

Greyhound Package Express will only insure items for a maximum value of $1,000 even if the item cost exceeds that.

In the event of shipping damage, please contact me within 3 business days in order to start the insurance claims process. All insurance claims will be paid by the shipping carrier not seller though I will assist with the insurance claims process.

In the event of damage, buyer shall be responsible for taking photographs and retaining damaged items and ALL packing materials - internal & external - as they are required to submit an insurance claim with carrier. They must be kept for the insurance claim inspections process until the claim has been either approved or denied.

Calculated Shipping Costs

Do you Combine Shipping?

Yes! If I can safely ship multiple items together I will refund shipping overages after I have items packed and weighed.

Processing Time?

I typically ship smaller items within 1-3 business days. Large items such as furniture, art and lighting may have an additional lead time and are often noted within the individual listing description and below the listed shipping cost.

Shipping with Greyhound Package Express

Shipping with Greyhound Package Express is pretty painless. Your items will be delivery to the Greyhound station closest to your city. The station will call you once they have arrived and are ready for you to pick them up. Stations will typically give you 3 days to pick items up before starting to charge you a "storage" fee which is between $5-$10/day.

A courier service is available to deliver items within 25 miles of most stations for an addition fee if you are unable to pick items up. Typically it is $40-60 depending on the size of the items. If you are interested in this service let me know and I can get you an exact cost.
