I have struggled with my own style too. When my style changed for too casual it added extra weight to me very quickly. I was upset to find that my old clothes were way too small for me and I couldn’t get excited about shopping for clothes or getting dressed anymore. One day I decided that was enough. The clothes should make me feel beautiful and confident, not just to be able to fit on.

I have myself used the same advices I teach and rebuilt my style to look like myself. The pounds started to drop all by themselves already when I started to feel good in my own style and the dress started to produce pleasure again. After that, I found the right diet and exercise for myself. My transformation started with style and the fact that I started to feel like myself again.

I started my own business after my mom got very sick. I went to help her and paint her nails, cleaned her wardrobe etc. Small things to bring some positivity and beauty to her everyday life. Then it became crystal clear for me. This is what I want to do, help people feel and look beautiful.
Life is too short to not live your dreams.
