A whole life for History!

After working as alternative model for over a decade, I decided to start a new adventure: sewing! I sew all my costumes and headpieces. I always had a big passion for historical/fantasy garments and after learning the basic sewing techniques I started creating some handmade clothes for my shootings. This is how it started! Now I have a huge worldwide community of buyers and followers which increases day by day.
All my costumes are made after a meticulous research and I don't stop learning and improving.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
We accept returns in case of wrong colour/size. Ready to ship items and custom orders cannot be returned because they are really hard to be sold again. Every claim must be sent within 3 days of receipt. EU buyers have the right to send an item back within 14 days of receipt.

Fitting issues:
We allow one return for minor fitting fixes at no extra labor cost. The parcel needs to be sent with a registered mail service to avoid loss and it will be at customer's charge.

Orders cancellations:
We do not accept order cancellations so think twice before placing an order.

We do NOT refund items in the following cases:
- Items lost during the shipping process. We always use registered services to mail our parcels. Once they left we are no more responsible for them.
- Items delivered late. We always try to respect our deadlines but in certain periods of the year (Christmas, Halloween and so on) some items may be rescheduled. The delay may include working and personal issues (we are not machines!!!).
Important: IF customers need an item by a specific deadline, they MUST contact us before submitting the payment or have to send a note when placing the order. We are not responsible if an item is ordered and doesn't come on time. If we don't get a specific deadline, we'll work the item following our estimated working process.
- Wrong sizes. We are not responsible for wrong sizes. Customers need to measure themselves carefully.
- Custom orders. Due to the nature of custom work and the massive work it require, custom orders are NOT refundable.
- Customers dislike fabric or trim colours.
- Customers change ideas.
- Items delivered damaged. We always protect our items when preparing the shipping.
- Weight gain or loss
- Worn items.
- Not received measurements. In most cases we can proceed with standard sizing (for example, headpieces), however if an item needs specific measurements we allow a maximum of a week to send them. If the requested measurements aren't provided and buyers do not answer to our messages, we reserve the opportunity to cancel the transaction and send a partial refund.
- Ready to ship items: there are often stock items, created to promote the listing. Due to space reasons, some of them are often offered as premade items in a standard size, which will be shipped in a day or two to the customer. Note: this don't afflict the quality of the garment. No layaways or split payments will be accepted.
It may happen some of these items are very old creations I sell due to the space reasons mentioned above, so please, keep in mind these items may have signs of wear and, due to their old nature - the workmanship can be different. Sewing and crafting is something that needs years and training to be improved. I always declare any stains, damages in the listing but I happily offer photos on demand to show them to the customer. If you have any doubt - just ask. Ready to ship items don't requite a deposit and are not returnable/refundable/exchanged.

Custom orders: custom orders are always welcome! I love to create a customized item but they're managed in a different way.
Custom orders require an initial and NON refundable deposit of 50% for materials and initial labor; the remaining 50% will be refunded with a special store credit usable in our shop. Shipping costs will be never refunded.
Every refund will be send out AFTER the item will be returned to us (please read our returns policy).
Custom orders that imply massive changes like different fabrics, different trims or customized fitting are NOT refundable. We always do our best to give our customers the best colours and fabric combinations so asking for other materials is at customers' risk. We are really sorry but we have to protect our work. These items can be returned in any case with a registered mail service (shipping costs are at customer's charge).

Reserved listings:
We are happy to create reserved listings. If the product won't be purchased in 4 months, we reserve the opportunity to delete the listing.
I accept direct checkout and PayPal. Full payment is due before shipment.
Split payments are welcome, especially for expensive orders. Just contact me before purchasing.
All orders are shipped with registered mail with tracking number, to avoid packages' loss. The tracking number will be notified, so that you can track your package online any time.

Estimated Delivery Time:
European Union Countries: 5-10 days
United States: 10 - 15 days
Australia: 10 - 15 days
Rest of the world: 15 - 40 days depending on location

Delays may occur during holiday/ high traffic season. I'm not responsible for delays due to postal services.
Shipping costs may be high due to the nature of the creations (like historical gowns).

Duties and customs: I'm sorry but I'm not responsible for packages laying at the custom and duties. So, please, don't ask a refund for that. Check out your country's duty fees.

At the moment we don't provide custom fittings except total height and arm length.


We use standard sizes according to EU standards. Oversea buyers may find our range of sizes a little bit weird that's why we always include a detailed size chart in inches and cm.


Our items are all machine washable but for delicate fabrics like silk or taffeta we recommend dry cleaning. We recommend to use a cool iron on synthetic materials or a steamer. Cotton and linen can be machine washed and ironed at home.

Customized fabrics and materials

We offer custom orders concerning fabrics and materials. Purchasing one of our designs and then requesting a different fabric or trim counts as custom order so please read our terms and conditions. Custom orders are not refundable.
