Welcome to AllUMyNation Station! Maker of custom glass bottle lamps, night lights, and any type of glassware that has a 2" or larger base and a cap or lid to seal once complete.

Returns and exchanges
Generally I have a 30-60 day return policy, but If something goes wrong with your product you can return it up to 12 months possibly? Past the purchase date and I will try to repair it. If you drop or break the glass lamp (bottle) I will not return it. If you have abused the lamp or have not taken care of it. I will not return it. Contact me for your concerns of the product in ALL cases. Thank you!! Rob
Payment
If you are ordering a special RESERVED custom lamp that I would create for you. I REQUIRE at least 75% down on the reserved listing before I start the creation process. We will set an approx price and estimated shipping to your location. I will send you a link to your reserved listing and you would make a full or partial payment. (At least 75%) of the TOTAL order.

If the product is already on my site. You would just pay the total for the product, PLUS shipping.
Shipping
I ship within 1-3 days priority usps if ready to ship. Other wise if you are ordering a special item it can take 2-3 weeks. Please contact me for info on what you would like.
