I am truly sorry that your order has not arrived, and I completely understand your disappointment. Your order was carefully prepared and shipped on time, and the tracking confirms that it reached the USPS network in the United States. Unfortunately, the delay occurred during transit with the postal carrier, which is outside my control. I fulfilled my responsibilities as a seller by dispatching the order promptly and providing tracking, and I have continued to monitor the shipment. I always strive to provide a professional service and fast dispatch for every customer.

5 out of 5 starsI absolutely love this crown! It’s even more beautiful in person, and it perfectly completes my cosplay. The quality is amazing, and you can tell so much care and attention went into making it.

2 out of 5 starsThe print file and settings is something like off of Minecraft. Now if it was set up to be like a crown from Minecraft that would be one thing. You can't adjust the settings on this thing to adjust layer height and all this other stuff. I don't know it's just crazy I've never had a print go this bad before. I'm sure that it took her a while to make this or to come up with a print like this but it sucks to print.
