Payment

Yes: Paypal, Credit Cards, Money Orders & Personal Checks
Payable to: Ilovedielines Studio
No: Cash through the mail.

If you are paying with a money order, then the item will be shipped upon receipt of payment. If you pay with PayPal; please be sure to complete ALL the steps of checking out; which take you out of Etsy and into PayPal where you must complete your order.

Shipping

When do I ship?
I ship within 3-5 business days of order payment; Monday through Friday.

At What Rate & Speed do I ship?: Most of my items are light weight enough to go first class. Typically 1-5 days (approx) inside the U.S. and 7-15 days for overseas.

When Will Your Package Arrive?
I do not guarantee the arrival date of any order. If you are planning for a holiday or special day; please do your best to order in a timely manner and please please let me know:) Once I place the item in the mail it becomes the responsibility of the USPS. Please see Refunds & Exchanges for info for Lost & Damaged goods.

Expedited Shipping: I can do expedited shipping, but please convo me before purchase to let me know and I will make a special listing for you to reflect the expedited shipping price.

International Orders:
*Global Express Guaranteed® (GXG) = 1-3 Business Days
*Express Mail International® (EMI) = 3-5 Business Days
*Priority Mail International® (PMI) = 6-10 Business Days
*First-Class Mail® International = Varies by Destination

Refunds and Exchanges

If You Change Your Mind: I have no problem canceling and refunding an order as long as it has not already been shipped or custom to your design. If the item has been shipped; then it needs to be returned to me before I will make a refund however custom orders are final no refund.

If You Don't Like It!: I do my best to represent my items as they are -- If you are not sure about something, please ask before you make a purchase. That being said however; if you receive the item and you don't like it. You can return it to me, (un-used of course) for a full refund. But I must receive it back before the refund can be issued.
Personalized items are not issue of refund. I'm sorry.

Items Lost or Damaged in Transit: Once I place the item in the mail it becomes the responsibility of the USPS or International Post. If you are planning for a holiday or special day; please do your best to order in a timely manner. I do not guarantee the arrival date of any order. If the USPS damages it, or loses it; I am not liable for the loss. I do not do refunds on such items. I WILL however offer a store credit for lost or damaged items on orders not exceeding 20$. In order to receive a store credit for an item that has not been received in the mail it must be 30 days since the shipment date.
