Payment
Payments are made through Paypal. Paypal accepts both credit and debit cards and is fairly easy to use and you do not need an account. If you have any questions just let me know and I will be happy to help.
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Shipping
SHIPPING IN THE U.S.:
Purchases will be shipped within 1-3 Business days of purchase. All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation without insurance. Standard shipping time for Priority is about 3 - 5 days.

However, if you would like to have more secure form of mail such as fedex or UPS let me know. If you would like insurance notify me and I will send an additional invoice. I also recommend insurance on fragile items such as ceramics and other fragile antiques.

I unfortunately cannot refund you on lost or damaged packages due to the postal service. I would recommend insurance if you are worried. I however, will do my best to wrap the package to make sure there will be no damage.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All International Orders ship via Priority Mail International, (Tracking information is not available for international orders). The general transit time for International delivery is about 3-4 weeks, however shipping times vary greatly depending on your location, the time of the year, and your local postal service.
NOTE - I can NOT give you an exact delivery date nor can I promise that your package will arrive by a certain day, as there are no guarantees made by the postal service due to possible delays in customs at the borders.

NOTE - During the holiday season if you are purchasing out of the country for a gift by December 24 please make sure to purchase early. I cannot be responsible for your package arriving after Christmas.

****Due to tracking information is not available for international orders I have no way of telling you where your order is and when it will get there. I can only tell you when it was shipped.

**** Please be aware that most times international shipments are held at your local post office for pickup (not just dropped at your doorstep), so please be sure to check there if you are waiting on your order.

****Depending on your country, additional customs charges, fees or taxes may be due when you receive your package. These charges are your responsibility and are decided by the receiving country where you live. They are NOT included in the price of shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please notify me before leaving any feedback and we can try and work something out.

I will take returns within seven days after shipping. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping is the buyers responsibility.

However, if the product is damaged upon arrival there will be no returns. Ask for additional insurance if you are worried about the shipping.
