Etsy direct pay is accepted.
Our items are shipped through UPS or the US postal service depending on the products. All products will be shipped between a week and two weeks after the order is placed and shipping takes about a week. Please allow three weeks for your item to arrive. If you need the product 4 weeks from the order date please simply let us know this so we can ensure your product arrives on time. If you need the item 2 weeks from the order date there may be an additional fee for expediting the order if it is a large order (small orders will be expedited at no extra fee). If you need the item less than two weeks from the order date the cost of shipping will increase depending on how soon you need the item. For an expedite fee and the cost of overnight shipping items can theoretically be created within just a couple of days but please contact us for exact details so we can determine if this is possible and what the cost will be to do so.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items are nonrefundable unless the item is not the item that was requested as specified in the order or messages to the seller prior to purchasing the item. If the item is as discussed or pictured in the listing no refund will be given. To receive replacement of an item that is damaged during shipping the buyer must notify the seller of the damage within 10 days from the day the item was shipped by message or email along with a picture of the damage. Depending on the amount of damage pictures of the packaging may also be required for insurance purposes. If an item is legitimately damaged during shipping the item will be replaced at no cost to the buyer in a timely manner. If you are purchasing the item for an event such as a birthday, wedding, Christmas, etc. Please contact us IMMEDIATELY upon receiving the item and we will do everything possible to ensure the item is replaced and in your hands before your event.
