My journey as a photographer started with a trip to Asia in 2016. I spent four months capturing tourist snapshots in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, and China.

At first, I was excited to document my travels and preserve memories, but when I saw other photographers' images on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook, I was left feeling disappointed with my own work. The images I was taking didn't seem to compare to the stunning, professionally captured shots I was seeing online.

Determined to improve, I enrolled in online photography courses and spent countless hours studying and learning from other photographers. I practised and experimented with my camera, trying different techniques and styles.

Over time, I noticed a slow but steady improvement in my craft. They say it takes 10,000 photos to become a good photographer, and during the four years from 2016-2019, I took over 120,000 photos as I travelled around Europe, Asia, USA, Australia and New Zealand. Together with my wife, Maura, we have visited more than 60 countries and seen some incredible sights.

Finally, I reached a point where I felt proud of my work and confident in my abilities.

I now offer the best of my images taken between 2016 and now, knowing that those who choose to hang my work on their wall will truly enjoy it. The journey has been long and challenging, but the end result is worth it - to be able to capture beautiful moments and share them with others through my lens.
