Announcement
Thanks for visiting my shop. I'm thrilled to have fulfilled order # 1,000. Thank you glass lovers, customers and friends!
I work with American, Italian and Mexican glass -- it comes in so many forms: sheets, powder, crushed, rods, stringers, noodles and more. I love using millefiore. These colorful little slices of hand-blown glass rods have been made in Murano, a little island off Venice IT, for centuries. They have delightful internal designs of flowers, hearts, stars, cogs and bullseyes. I sell millefiore and murrini here to other glass artists as well.
I also love to repurpose things by adding fused glass to metal art, crystal frames, cast iron pans, wood objects and more. Enjoy browsing and thanks for buying handmade.

Fun and functional glass, handmade and kiln-formed.
Fusible glass comes in so many forms: sheet glass, pulverized and powdered, rods, stringer and 'noodles'. Fusing refers to creating an object with multiple layers or elements of glass, a design unique to the artist. After it is cut and assembled, it is fired in a kiln for 8 - 16 hours at temps up to 1600F. Glass can be further manipulated by 'bending', polishing, casting, sandblasting, slumping or fusing it multiple times. Each piece you see here is one of a kind and handmade by me.
My etsy shop has a range of items including:
(small): jewelry, candle holders, night lights, drawer knobs, and holiday ornaments.
(large): wall art, tabletop art, bowls, dishes, mixed media art, and custom work.
Most of my pieces follow an ocean, beach or sea life theme.
I use top of the line American glass from Bullseye, Spectrum, Uroboros, Wasser and several dichroic glass makers. I also use Italian (Murano) sheet glass and millefiore.
Thanks for looking and feel free to ask questions.
