5 out of 5 starsThank you, Bob, for beautifully made ceramic wine glasses / mugs. I absolutely love them, and they’re comfortable to hold while drinking and lounging. My favorite detail is “wine” inscribed on the front.

5 out of 5 starsPackage came almost immediately. I opened it and was pleasantly surprised to see I had received 6 cups even though I only ordered 4. This was a Christmas present to my boyfriend who had been wanting to put his coffee and tea into a handle-less, thick mug. This was perfect.

Embrace
I am embracing the work of making pots. I believe in hardwork, dedication, self-discipline, and determination. I put these attributes into each piece that I make. I make this work to support my family and it comes with it's share of joy and heartbreak.
Long story short, I make work that is rugged and dependable, minimal frill for daily use.
I am a person who isn't interested in pushing my beliefs onto you, I'm interested in putting some quality handmade ceramics into your daily life.

Additional policies and FAQs
1.The raw clay is wedged to make a uniform body of clay.
2.The clay is weighed and shaped for wheel placement.
3.The piece is thrown or sculpted into the desired shape.
4. Handles / Details / Lettering are added while the clay is at the "perfect consistency"
5.The piece is allowed to dry and is known as "leather hard" or greenware.
6.Once the piece has significantly dried it is placed in the kiln to "fire" and once finished is now bisque ware, all pieces are bisque to cone 04 for a tighter clay body. -AFTER THIS POINT THE CLAY CANNOT BE USED TO MAKE A DIFFERENT PIECE-
7. The piece is glazed and re-fired to the proper glaze and clay body maturation temperature which varies.
I don't take custom orders, I find that this is a disappointing process for both the customer and for myself. Customers generally want a certain look that they have seen from another artist. While I appreciate a loyal customer please purchase my work if it is what you are looking for and invest in another maker if you like their style.
Please keep in mind that while I try to have my pictures reflect in great accuracy the piece of pottery you purchase some variations may occur. Slight variations in glaze color or shape may not be accurately portrayed through the pictures due to variations in the display and monitors of different computers and viewing software.

Care instructions
My work is dishwasher, microwave and oven safe. PLEASE NOTE THAT PIECES USED IN THE OVEN MUST BE PREHEATED WHILE THE OVEN HEATS. If a piece is placed directly into a hot oven it could shock the clay body and glaze which could cause a crack. Just remember heat the piece while the oven heats.
How durable is your work?
My work is extremely durable. Think of how thin a wine glass or regular glass cup is. My work is much more durable than that however if you mishandle or drop a piece it could sustain damage just like a regular piece of dish ware.
