Returns and exchange details
Because of the nature of our item, we do not offer refunds or exchange once your order has been sent to the printers (PRINTED & SHIPPED PHOTO BOOTH orders) and once we've sent your PROOF to your email. However, if we make an error on our end, we will fix our mistake.

If we’ve sent your PROOF but have not sent it to the printers, we can only refund you $45 plus shipping cost.

Please contact me us you have any problems with your order.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged product in the mail, please notify us immediately for assistance.

If we try to contact you about your order and we have not gotten any response from you after 2 months, we will close your order. If you would like to get a refund for your order (if work has not been done), please let us know by contacting us in Etsy or emailing us in Imajenit.design@ gmail.com.
Payment
Orders will not be processed until payments are received and complete.

PRINTED & SHIPPED Photo Booth Orders:

➤ Photo booth orders are sent through USPS Priority Mail 1-3 business days (Standard shipping). Delivery times are estimates only. Please allow additional times for your order to arrive. Express Shipping (guaranteed 1-2 days shipping) is available.

★ NOTE: Product processing time does NOT include shipping time. Processing Time + Shipping Time = Total Estimated Delivery Time. Stated delivery dates are approximate and estimate only and are not guaranteed.

We highly recommend you order your photo booths two weeks in advance before your event. The process may take longer depending on how quickly you approve the PROOF/S and the number of revisions. The quicker you respond to your messages and emails, the quicker we will get your order out. ★

➤ Tracking information will be provided and emailed to you when the order ships.

➤ Once we've sent your order to USPS, USPS is responsible for getting your order delivered on time. We are not responsible for late, lost or missing packages.

➤ We do not ship to international addresses at this time and we only ship to addresses within the United States.

Digital File Orders:

➤ Expect to receive your digital proof within 24 hours during business days. If there are revisions and add-ons, expect an extra day or two to receive another PROOF, depending on how many changes and additions that need to be made. Once you approve the PROOF, we will send you the FINAL digital file right after (business hours and business days only).

➤ Print Services for Invitations: 2-3 days. USPS Priority Mail.

Do you print and mount the photo booths?

NEW!

YES! We now print and mount the photo booths for you! We print and then mount our designs on a 24" x 36" corrugulated plastic sheet. The middle area will be cut out for you to take pictures in.

Where can I print and mount my photo booth digital file?

You can go to any local print shops or print centers around your area that can print a 24" x 36" size. We usually recommend going to Staples or Office Depot to get your digital file printed and mounted.

It cost around $20-$25 to get the file printed. To get it mounted, it should cost around the same amount but it really all depends on the print shop.

You can even try mounting it yourself! Most of my customers find it fairly easy to do.

How do I mount the photo booths myself? (Digital File Orders)

If you are mounting on your own, the best material to use is a foam board. It's very light and sturdy.

Just glue the printed paper and foam board together using a spray adhesive. Let it dry for a few minutes. Then, use a sharp utility knife to cut the middle gray area out. Use a ruler as a guide. And you're done!

You can find all the supplies at any arts & craft stores, office supplies store, and hardware stores.

Can you rush my order?

Yes! Rush processing will bring your order on top of our list. We will send your PROOF to your email within an hour of purchase.

Rush processing for PRINTED & SHIPPED Photo Booths is an additional $15. We will send your PROOF within the hour after purchase. Printing, mounting, and packaging will be 1-2 business days.

Rush processing for DIGITAL FILES is an additional $8. We will send your PROOF within the hour after purchase. After you approve the PROOF, we will send you the FINAL digital file right after.

If you're interested, please let us know before your order the item. This will help us keep a look out for your name and transaction. After you purchase the item, we will send you a PayPal invoice to your email.

Can we do additional customization on the artwork?

All the text in the artwork can be customized for free. You are allowed to change up to 2 colors for no additional charge.

All other customization has additional fees.

- Add a logo = $8
- Add graphics (per graphic) = $8 - $25+ (Depending on the request)
- Change font (per font) = $8
- Change colors (3 or more) = $8 -$10 (Depending on the number of colors)
