To access your digital files from your account you have to follow these steps (you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, you must sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser):
1. Sign in to Etsy.com from a web browser and go to Your account.
2. Go to Purchases and Reviews.
3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
Etsy also sends you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal.
If you checked out as a "guest", you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find your email.

If you're downloading your files on an iPhone (please note that this doesn't pertain to Android devices), and can't find the download option within the Google Drive app, you'll need to follow these instructions:
1. Tap on the image
2. Locate and tap the three dots situated in the upper-right corner.
3. Click "Open in..." and then save it in "Save to Files".
This will ensure that the high-quality image gets stored in your designated file folder (NOT IN THE CAMERA ROLL)

In each listing description you can find the available sizes for printing and, if applicable, a guide on what file to use depending on the size you need. If provided, you can also find this guide along with the JPG files you have purchased.
𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗟𝗬
Whether you print at home or at some print shop, always remember to uncheck the "FIT TO PRINTABLE AREA" option before printing your JPG file. When going to a print shop, tell the salesperson to uncheck that option. This way, the sheet will be the exact size you want and you won't have to trim it to fit the frame or, worse, reprint it correctly.
If the print layout goes all the way to the edges, enable the "BORDERLESS PRINT" option, which you will usually find in the printer settings.
If you print at home or through any professional online printing service, make sure that NO color correction is applied.

I recommend printing on Fine Art Paper or any high quality, textured matte paper for the most authentic look and feel. Alternatively, I would recommend printing on thick matte photo paper /matte card stock.
You can also print on rolled or stretched canvas.
If the print shop offers it, you can request Giclee printing. It’s a higher quality printing process that gives you a better resolution and quality result.

My favorite online printing options for high quality printing are mPix , proDPI, PosterJack and Finerworks. They offer Fine Art papers with textured matte finish such as Photo Rag Fine Art Paper, Archival Linen Paper, Archival Canvas Paper or Premium Giclee Paper (among others), which will provide the most authentic results.
Alternatively, you can also print at local printing and copy centers such as Staples, Costco, Walgreen, Target Photo, etc.
If you print at home or through any professional online printing service, make sure that NO color correction is applied.
𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗞𝗘𝗧𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗦
I recommend printing drawings and sketches in color rather than black and white. Most of them have a slight beige undertone in the background, which turns gray when printed in black and white ( and can therefore change the appearance of the print).
