3 out of 5 starsWouldn't order again - although item was yummy and nicely packaged, it was massively delayed in arriving. After a while, I emailed the seller to enquire where the chocolate had got to and why it hadn't been dispatched. It was then dispatched a day or so later. The seller didn't reply to my communication at all, which I felt could have been better handled. A shame, as I liked the product but seller was unreliable for me.

It's just me at Infavour I do all the tempering, moulding, packaging and posting of my goodies all by myself 😬

During busy periods there may be a delay in production due to handling orders. I always aim to reach any agreed deliver dates.
I ship worldwide by mail and always post recorded, fees are listed within the page of each item. There is no extra charge for purchasing more than one item.
In addition, you may purchase a shipping upgrade as a supplement on top of the standard shipping fee. If applicable, simply choose this when checking out.
For International orders this is for 'International Signed For Airmail' which gives you a tracking number and insurance.
An e-mail will be sent to you confirming that items have been posted and containing any tracking numbers if applicable.

After your item is made it is sent for delivery. Delivery timescales are approximate:
UK is 2 to 3 days by 2nd Class (upgrade to Special Delivery for guaranteed next day)
Europe by Airmail 5 to 7 days
US and International by Airmail 14 days.
CUSTOMS DUTY FOR INTERNATIONAL AND NON EU COUNTRIES ONLY.
You may or may not have to pay customs fees, but where due they are payable by the customer.
All countries have a value limit you can import before paying customs duty.
