Great design and function recommend it to iX owners.

Product is good and shipped fast.

I didn’t hear back from the seller when I checked in, so I requested a refund about a month after purchasing. Surprisingly, about a week later, the item showed up in my mailbox.

A must have. Should have been an OEM option. Great product overall that I recommend to everyone. Note - reason for 4 stars - The power cords are a little long and the pads need a dot of glue on the back to stay in place when pulling your phone off.

Never got the product. Waited for a very long time and the seller never bother to reply or provide any update. I did not get the product but with this attitude, I would assume a bad product as well. Keep away. Etsy did step up and gave me a full refund after cancelling the order.

Seller doesn’t communicate at all. Sent multiple messages after Etsy estimate on delivery had passed. Ordered on February 3rd, March 3rd seller said it would ship “tomorrow” and that’s the only communication I received. Postal tracking showed that it still hadn’t shipped for a week I sent a few more messages with no response. It was delivered March 30th almost 3 months after it was ordered. Item showed up in 2 separate pieces that isn’t shown on any picture. I had to clean up the item as the edges were rough. Driving down the road it rattles and needs a rubber mat below it to prevent that. If the seller communicated better I would’ve given a better rating. My advice to the seller. Don’t say it will ship tomorrow and don’t ship it. Also message people back and explain you are backed up and it will be a month or 2

Etsy decided that my old shipping address was ok to use, and that is not the seller's fault. When I messaged the seller to give him the correct address, I received no response for days over the course of several attempts to communicate. I finally told him I was going to dispute the credit card charges and then he finally responded. I gave him my correct address for the 2nd time, and I heard no more from him. Still haven't heard from him, and the tracking number shows the product still hasn't shipped. Unbelievably bad customer "service."

Product never came. This seems like a scam.

It has been over a month and still haven’t received my item I ordered. Piss poor seller and Etsy is crap!!

Seller never responds back to messages even after many attempts. Product has said it’s in transit for over a month yet it’s just the shipping label was created. Don’t waste your money.
