He always went the extra mile to keep me posted on the progress of the light I wanted customized and shipped before my brother-in-law’s fast approaching birthday. He stayed in constant communication, offering me personalized font options he conjured up after researching exactly what I wanted on the logo. He would ask for my approval, send pictures, and ultimately did everything he could to make sure I was happy with what he laid out before proceeding with the project. And you know what? It came out incredible! Mat’s attention to detail is second to none and he clearly takes pride in his craft. I greatly appreciate the time he put in despite the short window of time I had. Would happily purchase from again without hesitation! Thanks, Mat!
