What if my package is delayed? lost?

Unfortunately, sometimes there are unforeseen delays (sometimes due to weather, incomplete/incorrect address provided by a customer, holidays leading to high volume of packages being delivered, etc.) & lost packages via USPS. We will assist you in any way that we can to help you regarding the matter. With that being said, we are not responsible for those delays. Therefore, please do not expect to receive a refund for your order in this case. As a shop we do our due diligence to deliver the products to the post office. After we drop off packages, we are no longer in control of the delivery process.
