Just like ETSY, I want every transaction to be a success. In the unlikely event that your order doesn’t go as planned, the ETSY Purchase Guarantee has you covered. Please note the following:
Writing in "Notes to Seller" or sending me a message instructing me that you need an order for a specific date/event, does not guarantee its delivery/arrival by that specific date/event. Please refer to READY TO SHIP date, SHIP BY DATE and POLICIES, and check a calendar to determine if the item will arrive on time for your event. Customer must account for all transit time.
Seller is not responsible for customer's assuming incorrect processing time, handling time and/or transit time.

At no time will I agree to a deadline or promise delivery for an event date, except my commitment to ship on SHIP BY DATE that appears on your invoice.
When asked, I will provide customer with SHIP BY DATE, and my best estimate of when USPS might deliver, based on USPS website information. I am not making a promise, a statement, I am merely providing the Customer with information so they can make an educated decision prior to placing their order.
No Shipping Service is guarantee except Express Service. If you want 100% Guarantee then I encourage you to upgrade your shipping to Express Service.
I can provide an 'estimate' transit time, but I cannot control shipping process, handling or transit time.

Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?

Please refer to your Invoice for shipping date. By placing an order you state that you understand the difference between "shipping date", "processing time" and "transit time", and how upgrades are a way to get your order shipped to you sooner.

Orders will not be cancelled because customer did not read processing time prior to placing order.

I am not responsible if USPS missed your event date, or if you are not present to accept package and USPS needs to reschedule delivery, or if you did not place your order with sufficient lead time

You have Processing Upgrade options and Shipping Upgrade options, as well as planning accordingly (order with plenty of time). Simply upgrading your order does not guarantee arrival on time for your event.

Shipping vs Transit Time

Due to the large volume of mail I ship, a Courier Service picks up packages daily from me, Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and Holidays), and delivers packages to USPS Business HUB. These packages are accepted by USPS, processed and scanned within 24-72 hours. This time is considered part of the shipping days calculated for delivery.

Shipping Time or Transit Time begins the moment the Courier Service picks up your package from me and ends when the Service Provide (FedEx, UPS or USPS) delivers the package to the Customer, this entire process takes anywhere from 3-7 business days (not including weekends or holiday) in USA, and a minimum 14-21 business days International (excludes Customs Processing)

Damaged in Transit

1) Contact me ASAP and send me a photo of the damaged items next to the USPS package so I can file a claim with USPS.
2) Please keep the damaged items in case I am asked to send them to USPS for proof of damage.
3) Depending on how soon your event is, I might be able to send you replacement.

I will do everything I can to mitigate the issue, but the reality is, if you need your item in less than 10 business days, any replacement I send may not arrive on time, specially personalized favors.
I will let you know what your options are, and at that time, you may choose to take that chance or accept a refund.

If you leave negative feedback without allowing me to solve the issue, I will not offer any solution and/or send replacements.

I gladly accept exchanges EXCEPT if

Customer doesn't like product/didn't read listing/changed their mind;

Post Office unable to deliver, non-delivery, late delivery;

Customs delays, import restrictions;

Customer provided incorrect shipping address and package cannot be forwarded; or requested order ship to business address, it was received and/or signed for, and Customer cannot locate package;

After delivery, order got lost, stolen, misplaced, or you damaged it after delivery;

Event is canceled, for any reason; poor planning, miscalculating processing or transit time;

You must request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE before returning your order. If you refuse delivery, or leave feedback, any courtesy exception made is null and voided even if item is returned.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR FAVORS

All Favors are edibles, and I work from a Certified Kitchen and must adhere with Food Handler and ServSafe Certifications.

Local Health Code Regulation requires all food items to be sealed and have my business contact information

As it relates to your favors, the content and information will be printed discretely on the side. This insures your guests know what they are consuming and/or where the edible came from, specially for allergy information or preference of flavors.

Photos in my listing are actual orders I have completed.
Once Design is approved, order cannot be cancelled.

FAVOR SIZES and CONTENT

Unless stated otherwise in the listing,
all BOTTLE favors are 1.7oz Woozies.
I also have 1oz and 2oz Boston, 3oz Taberna and 5oz Woozies.

all DRY vial favors (teas, coffees, seasonings, rubs, popcorn seasonings) are 2.75" Food Grade Glass with screwed caps.

Weight of finished favor will vary by content.
I have many sizes of bottles, vials and test tubes.
Please ask for a custom quote.

There is no alcohol in any of our favors. Salts and Sauces contain no alcohol. Mojito, Appletini, Limoncello, Margarita, Bloody Mary favors is the syrup mix with no alcohol.
We do not sell wine, beer or any alcoholic favors. Please ask before ordering. There are no refunds.

FAVORS DESIGN

"as is" designs are ones that we do not make any major design changes.
Once you place your order, submit your personalization, I will send you a proof of your label with instructions for review/approval.
Review ALL details of design CAREFULLY (text, spelling, centering, etc). There are no refunds on you not catching errors/oversight/mispelling. Once approved, there are no cancellations. All designs include business information (discretely), and ingredients/content.

If you choose to add more lines/text (poems, messages, more information), although they may appear fine in the proof, they may print too small on the final label. There are no refunds for these type of label/design alterations.

CUSTOM FAVOR DESIGN or YOUR DESIGN

These are favors in which I design a new label, change the concept of an "as is" design or you submit your own graphic work. I will be more than happy to create or design a unique label for you.
I can also attempt to match an invitation, logo, graphic work. Please keep in mind that the label attached to your favor measures approximately 2"x 2". Too much text/content on your label may end up being too small! The less, the better. If you submit a rectangular design it will be adjusted to fit 2" wide. As you create your design, print it 2"x 2" to insure you can read/see it. If you submit your own design, it will print "as is". I will add business contact information on the side (discretely)

TEST TUBES, SOAPS, HORSESHOES, TILES, SOMBREROS, FIGURINE CAKE TOPPERS

Test Tube favors, Handmade soaps favors, Glittered Horseshoe favors, Tile Magnet favors, Tile Coasters favors, Figurine Cake Toppers, Sombreros can be personalized with name and date only (or short text).

Due to the nature of these items, "personalization" consists of a printed card stock tag tied with sheer ribbon; for tile favors a sticker is placed on the back; for figurine cake toppers text is written on the bottom side and on the gift box.

Text provided at checkout will be copied/pasted onto the tag, so insure you provide correct information. No design is sent for review and approval.

By placing your order, you state that you have read and understood what you are ordering, and what you will be receiving.

Tutoring Services and Keyword Reports

Per ETSY's policies, there are no refunds on intangible items such as Tutoring Coaching Services or Keyword Reports.
For more information on the Money Back Guarantee, please read the listing. Any refund exception made will be issued in the form of ETSY Store Credit. By you ordering the Tutor Pack you agree to these terms.
Student is responsible for following through with tutoring, homework, and return every two weeks for monitor/coaching.

There are no refunds on Amazon, eBay or Stand Alone Website tutoring Services.
There are no refunds on Keyword Search Phrase Reports.
