by all means the decal that you sent me and resent me just ruined my babys dress she didn't wear it and its there sitting in the closet with such waist talked to a lawyer and said to send everything back to you and refund me the whole thing..if I didn't hear from you then I can take a further step ahead it really is ashame and a big waist!1 ...letty
