5 out of 5 starsI have been stalking Eva’s Instagram and have been dying for her to release this preset! It’s so beautiful!! Her feed has a whole vibe and I’m in love ! I am so happy I got my hands on it!! Her customer service is great! I was confused on where to find the download link and I emailed her and she was so helpful and got back to me fairly quick! I also love how she gives instructions how to tweak them!! I have many other presets and it gave me an idea how to tweak my other ones. I highly recommend this preset!

Nice to meet you, my name is Eva Catherine Chicollo. I'm a professional model turned fashion & lifestyle influencer based in Temecula California. Frequently asked questions
Can you edit an image for me so I can see how it looks?
I wish i could do this for everyone, but unfortunately no. However, if you are on the fence about purchasing Indie Gypsie Presets, I have applied them on a wide variety of images for you to reference and decide if they will be a good addition to your editing tools.
Which preset would best fit my needs: Desktop or Mobile?
If you shoot mostly on your iphone or work with JPG images, a mobile preset would best suit your needs. If you shoot on a DSLR camera and work with RAW images, I sepcifically designed my desktop presets for you.
Why don't my photos look like yours after I apply the preset?
In most cases it works just with one-click, but please remember that all presets are meant to be a base to work off of and they look different on every image because every image differs with lights, dominant colors, photo style and so on. It is normal to make some adjustments after applying a preset. You may need to play around with the temperature/exposure to get the exact look you are going for after applying the preset.
What is the difference between a RAW and JPG photo?
A RAW file (DSLR image) is a high quality, unprocessed file and will give you the best editing results. A JPEG (iPhone photo) is a compressed file with less information in it, giving you less ability to fully control editing. Mobile Presets are designed for JPEG on a mobile device. The Desktop version is designed to edit RAW images on Desktop.

Do you accept refunds or returns?
Unfortunately, no I do not. Due to the digital nature of the product, it cannot be returned and I cannot accept refunds for any reason. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
