Custom and personalized orders
Designing is what we do best and we happily accept custom requests on any order.
When will my order ship?
Most custom orders leave our studio in less than a week. During our high volume months (September - March) please check the item's listing or our shop announcement for the most accurate ship times as they will be much longer during this period.
Returns, Cancellations, Exchanges
These are only offered on a per case basis. Should yours be approved please be aware there will be a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs will not be refunded.
