Welcome to Inezdesigns! I am inspired by all things that surround me. Popular culture, music, film and art. My pieces are unique and one-of-a kind. Every piece has a story to tell and they are versatile and edgy. I love combining metals, chains and little obscure trinkets that make each piece a fashion statement. My aim is to create fashion experiences that make people feel confident, edgy and beautiful. Every piece is handmade with LOVE.

Returns and exchanges
Here at Inezdesigns, customers are my number 1 priority, I want to make sure you are extremely satisfied with the purchase so;

1) If there is a technical problem, i will be happy to guide you step by step.
2) If you are unhappy with the purchase. Please also contact me once you receive the
merchandise.
3) All postage costs will be beared by the buyer in the event of the return or exchange.
4) Initial postage charge is non-refundable.
5) There will be no returns on customised items.
Payment
1) PayPal (Domestic/Worldwide)
2) POSB/DBS Local Bank Transfer/ibanking (Applies only in Singapore)

Payment is due within 3 days. Parcel will be sent after transactions are cleared.
Shipping
1) Orders are shipped weekly on Wednesday.
2) All items are shipped via Singpost Registered Airmail.
3) If you require a expedited mail, please contact me and i will fufill the required dates as soon as possible.
4) I will ship to your Etsy address. If there are any changes, please contact me.
5) I will check all items thoroughly before delivery. Inezdesigns shall not be held responsible for any delay, lost or damage items in the mail once your orders have been sent.
6) Insurance, if required. will be provided with extra charges.
7) If you did not receive your parcel after 4 weeks, please contact me and I can request for a tracing report from the post office.
8) During festive period, please allow additional 7-10 working days for estimated time.
9) Buyers are responsible for any duties or custom charges that may be incurred.

Customization:
1) I accept custom requests. Just send me an inspiration (photo reference) or write me an idea specifically and I will be happy to make it for you.
2) I do also alteration of length of necklaces/bracelets. There will be a charge depending on the length of the chain. Please state the length and i will advise you.

Wholesale:
1) I wholesale to shops domestically and inernationally. Please drop me a message and i will be glad to assist you, if you wish to carry my collection.

Reservations:
1) You can reserve an item for 5 days. A 20% deposit is advisable.

Payment:
1) I accept Paypal for international orders. You can pay through Paypal or credit card. For others please refer to my Payment methods.
2) I do not accept any cash through mail as this is at your own risk.

Delivery
1) I ship every Wednesday, so if you happen to make a purchase on this day, I will ship it only the following Wednesday.
2) Delivery Timeline as follows:
- Domestic/Local: 2-4 working days
- Asia Pacific: 4-6 working days
- United States/Australia/Europe/UK: 6-12 working days
All the above are subject to customs clearance and peak festive period.
3) If you have not received the items after 3-4wks, please contact me.
4) All items are sent via Registered mail with a tracking number. So if you need to track the status of the delivery, I will be able to assist you.

Damage Items
1) Please send me an email with attached photo so i can assist you. Please also specify the problems.
2)I will work on a case by case basis for damaged items.
