I love love love my stationary! It's absolutely beautiful and I was extremely impressed with the packaging. She also went above and beyond and added special touches, like a Russian post card. I will def be ordering from her again!

Accepted payment methods
Please know that I send all orders as registered mail. This is more safety way for packages to not be lost, however please know that registered mail takes more time to arrive (because of registration in every point of its way). Every order is carefully packed and send in the bubble envelope. You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
I ship the item to the address mentioned on your Etsy receipt, please make sure it is correct. If you want the package be shipped to the other address, please convo me. Items returned to me due to an incorrect address will require repayment of the shipping costs in order to have them re-sent.
According to my experience shipment to United States, Canada usually takes 3 weeks but can be up to 4 weeks and even more, especially in public holidays. Shipment to Europe is faster, but can be up to 3 weeks as well. I do my best to send your order as soon as I can, however I can't be responsible for work of Post offices and custom. Please consider time before purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please email me within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed. Product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Shipping charges are non-refundable and are full responsiblity of customer. Your refund will be issued when return items are received.
I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. For that reason I strongly recommend you send it with a delivery confirmation and/or insured.
