The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Returns and exchanges are graciously dealt with on a case by case basis.

I am always here with open ears to any questions or concerns you may have. All returns are shipped at the expense of the buyer.

No Refunds or exchanges are made for custom items unless i have made a mistake with the item.
Payment
I accept credit and debit card through the Etsy checkout.

I also accept payment through Paypal.

Please note that if paying with an echeck then your item will be posted once payment has cleared
Shipping
I ship all over the world with Royal Mail. As standard i don't track packages, as its very expensive in relation to the cost of most of my items, but if you would like your package tracked please chose from the drop down menu at the checkout.

Your order will be ready to ship in 1-2 business days after payment.

If for some reason your package is returned to me because it was unclaimed or I was given the wrong address, I can either re-send the package (for an additional shipping fee) or give you a refund (minus shipping fees) - Refund not available with custom items.

Please make sure to enter your correct shipping address for purchases. If the Etsy and the Paypal address is different, I will first contact you to find out the correct one. If I don't get an answer after 3 days, I will ship to the Paypal address.

SHIPPING TIMES:
While packages generally arrive MUCH sooner, I allow the post office up to 1 week for UK delivery & up to 4-5 weeks for International delivery before resending/refunding for non delivery.

Thank you for your understanding! The postal service is a fickle being.

Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be very unpredictable and Shipping Upgrades are recommended to ensure faster delivery times!

Frequently asked questions
Do you include a receipt in the package?

No. The majority of my items are intended as gifts. So I do not include the receipt in the parcel, unless specifically asked for.

I love receiving beautifully packaged items in the post (who doesn't).
So I try to make my items look amazing before they are sent out to you.
