So glad you liked the tutu but unfortunately USPS shipping delayed. USPS First Class mail times can vary widely. They state 7-10 days on shipping but in this case, even took 12 days. We were not aware of a "need by" date or would have recommended priority mail which takes 1-4 days with a much greater success rate. If you are ordering something for a specific date, it is always valuable information to the seller so they can recommend upgraded shipping, if necessary, based on their experience with particular states, etc.
