Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
Cancellations:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours and still receive a refund*.
No refunds/exchanges can be issued once the design process has started (post 24 hour period).
If you cancel your order AFTER you receive any files, whether or not they are proofs or finals, we will not be able to refund you any money.

Orders where information is not submitted at the time of placing the order: We cannot offer any refunds after 180 days of order date. You can either submit your info & proceed with the order.
Or you can pick other items for the same price from the shop (excludes sale items, bundles, custom items, vouchers not applicable).

**Due to Paypal processing fees, $0.50 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Instant Download Items || DIY templates:

Due to the nature of the items, absolutely no refunds/exchanges/cancellations/customizations can be provided on any Instant Download items. All sales are final.

Payments can be made via Paypal & Credit cards via Paypal (does not require you to set up account or sign in with this option)

No work will start until the full payment has been received. We do not offer payment plans at this time.

SHIPPING:
Because these files are printable for your convenience, no materials are shipped. This means that not only will shipping be always free, but you will also get your items faster!

ORDERING PROCESS:


Each listing price is for custom personalization of the invitation or item ONLY. The fee includes 3 rounds of proof revisions and you will receive your first digital proof within 2-3 business days!

Once you approve your proof, your order will be emailed the next business day to the email id linked with your Etsy account. You will also receive a notification from Etsy when your products are shipped.

REVIEWING PROOFS:
- Viewing digital proofs on your phone or email can sometimes alter the color. Please make sure you download your digital proofs and view them on your computer in the default preview application.
- Every monitor and printer is color calibrated differently. Color may vary slightly from that seen on the screen. Paper type may also effect color slightly.

PRINTING:
It is recommended to use commercial printing services & use best quality 'bright white' card stock with at least 100-120 lbs paper weight.

AFTER THE FINAL FILES ARE SENT:
- Any changes after the final files are sent are chargeable & will cost $5 per revision. Please carefully review your proofs before finalizing.

Computer lost your files? That is not a problem! We will keep your files on hand for up until your wedding day, so feel free to send us a message!

Frequently asked questions
How many copies do I get?

Every listing in my shop is available as a digital file only, for you to print yourself or at a print shop of your choice!

Once you have the digital file, you save it to your computer and can print as many copies as you'd like.

Digital Files provided are high resolution, print ready JPGs or PDFs.

Can you change the wording on invitations?

The invites can be entirely customized for your event, you can change wording, placement, colors, almost everything really!

Type any and all wording changes in the 'Notes to Seller' textbox during checkout, and I'll make it fit. No need to message me before purchasing!

For example, a bridal shower invite can be changed to a baby shower, birthday, christening, etc.

Can you change the color of the invitations?

Complimentary Color changes on all of the store items is available. Just choose from the list provided & get personalized event stationery.

Fonts & Backgrounds are 100% color customizable.

Don't see the color you're looking for? No worries, just provide a sample image or Hex code and I will color match it for you!

Colors for some graphics like watercolor flowers cannot be changed. However, graphics of many colors are available and can be replaced to better match your color theme.

I want to buy only the Invitation OR only the Invite & RSVP, instead of the full suite. Is that available?

Of course!

If you don't need all of the individual items in the suite, just order the parts that you need using the drop down menu.

Options available are,
1. Invitation only
2. Invite + 1 Enclosure Card
3. Invite + 2 Enclosure Cards
4. The Whole Suite (includes Invitation, RSVP, Details & Thank you Card)

Additional matching insert cards available at $7.00 each!

How do I place my order?

1. Choose your favourite item and add it to your cart (Quantity - 1 ). If you'd like big custom changes, please message me first!

2. During checkout, you will see a text box 'Notes to Seller'. Fill out the following details, typed exactly as it will be on the design:

-Type of event
-Bride and Groom's names
-Wedding Date, Time & Location
-RSVP Date
-Any additional wording you may want on your card or changes to existing wording
-Any color changes (font or background)
-Registry Details

3. Once payment and information are received, a proof will be sent out to you within 2-3 business days

4.When your final proof is approved, your final files will be sent to the email address linked with you Etsy account

Where can I print my invitations?

You have several options!

- You can transfer the file to a USB drive, and take it to your local FedEx/Staples/Kinkos (employees are there to help you, too!)

- Support a local business and take the file to your local print shop! A quick google search for 'print shop' will bring up some places for you.

- There are many online vendors that have simplified the process; simply upload it to their website, and they take care of the rest.
Good options include Costco, Staples Online, and Overnight Prints.

How will the invitations look once printed?

Due to variations in screen settings and printer set up, colors in your printed item may appear slightly different than what you see on screen.

Be sure to set your printer settings to maximum quality for best results. Color inkjet printers are recommended if you will be printing at home.

Please keep in mind that all designs are high resolution lab quality when you receive them.

Do i need to use special paper or ink for gold/glitter invites?

All of my files are made to print on any color printer without having to use a special printing process. The foil effect is made with computer program for digital design. This will not print as real gold or metallic gold.

I recommend professional printing on white cardstock for the best results.
