PROCESSING TIME
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
United Kingdom: 2-5 business days from dispatch
North America: 7-15 business days from dispatch
Europe: 4-8 business days from dispatch
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-18 business days from dispatch
These shipping times estimates from Royal Mail, but cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times will also depend on the shipping method you choose (items are sent 2nd Class as standard), please see below information on postage options.
POSTAGE OPTIONS
To keep costs as low as possible for the customer, items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class and Airmail for international orders. However, postage on all UK items can be upgraded at checkout to Royal Mail 1st Class and Express Courier.
Larger items (over 2kg) will be sent via courier, as standard.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I need an item quickly can I upgrade the postage
Yes, I can send items by Express Courier and can also upgrade postage to Royal Mail First Class. These upgrade options should be available to you at checkout. Please do hesitate to drop me a line if you experience any issues.
