I am confident that you will be extremely happy with the quality of InkBison’s creations. If for any reason you are not we would first ask you contact us with the reason, so that I rectify any issues and make sure the same problem does not occur again. If you return the item(s) to me in perfect condition within 14 days I will be happy to give you a full refund of your money. However, I cannot offer refunds on any bespoke items created for you.

I accept payments via PayPal and credit/debit cards. I am also happy for payments to be made by personal cheques or via bank transfer (please contact me to make arrangements).

*IMPORTANT NOTICE* I have recently returned from maternity and am balancing taking care of our little one with running InkBison. Please refer to each product's "Ready to ship in" info, so you know what to expect. I have two postage runs a week (Monday and Wednesday). Orders placed after midday on a Monday will be dispatched on the Wednesday. Orders placed after midday on a Wednesday will be posted on the following Monday. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
United Kingdom: 2-5 business days from dispatch
North America: 7-15 business days from dispatch
Europe: 4-8 business days from dispatch
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-18 business days from dispatch

These shipping times estimates from Royal Mail, but cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times will also depend on the shipping method you choose (items are sent 2nd Class as standard), please see below information on postage options.

POSTAGE OPTIONS
To keep costs as low as possible for the customer, items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class and Airmail for international orders. However, postage on all UK items can be upgraded at checkout to Royal Mail 1st Class and Express Courier.

Larger items (over 2kg) will be sent via courier, as standard.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
