Ink by Ink (墨墨) es el estudio creativo de un diseñador arquitectónico nacido en Hong Kong y afincado en Londres, que plasma en dibujos historias de las ciudades, las calles y la imaginación que nos dan forma.
Cada obra nace de una profunda fascinación por el mundo construido: el caos estratificado de la fachada de una tienda en Hong Kong, la densidad del paisaje urbano asiático, las estructuras fantásticas que existen solo en el espacio entre la arquitectura y el sueño. Formado como arquitecto y atraído por las tradiciones gráficas del arte de la tinta de Asia Oriental, cada ilustración se construye línea a línea, detalle a detalle: una lenta acumulación de trazos que busca capturar no solo la apariencia de un lugar, sino también la sensación de estar en él.
La obra se sitúa en algún punto entre el dibujo arquitectónico, la narración urbana y la ilustración fantástica, influenciada por igual por la vibrante atmósfera de las calles de Hong Kong y los mundos imaginativos del manga y la animación japoneses.

Every piece begins with a deep fascination for the built world: the layered chaos of a Hong Kong shopfront, the density of an Asian streetscape, the fantastical structures that exist only in the space between architecture and dream. Trained as an architect and drawn to the mark-making traditions of East Asian ink art, each illustration is built line by line, detail by detail — a slow accumulation of marks that tries to capture not just how a place looks, but how it feels to be inside it.
The work sits somewhere between architectural drawing, urban storytelling and fantasy illustration — influenced equally by the living texture of Hong Kong streets and the imaginative worlds of Japanese manga and animation.
