My drawings are sent unmatted and unframed. The dimensions of the picture that you can find in every item's description, this is expected size after matting. The whole thing is a little bigger.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I do my best to send items properly secured, but in case they'd get destroyed they may be sent back and money is returned.
Shipping
Original art is shipped in priority registered letters. When buying two or more items of this kind, postage applies just once to the whole order. Shipping a letter can take up to 3 days. If time matters a lot to you, let me know, I'll see what can be done!
