How do I access my item
After purchase you will be given a link via email to your item, or you can go to Corjl.com, create an account and log in with the Etsy ID number
What is Corjl and why do I need to make an account
Corjl is an online platform where you can edit your item instantly - no need to wait for a designer to create your file and make amendments to it. You need to make an account to access your files - don't worry it's completely free!
I'm stuck and don't understand how to make changes
If you do get stuck on editing your item, please let us know and we'll do what we can to help.
We do offer an Edit Design Option for those that don't want to edit their item and are happier if a designer does it for them.
Can you print a design?
Absolutely, please purchase the printing addon alongside your design or let us know which design needs printing.
We offer FREE world wide delivery and a 1 - 3 printing time for orders.
Can I use Vistaprint to print my items
Vistaprint uses its own measurements for its cards and because of this we wouldn't recommend using them to print design templates
I made a mistake on my order
For digital items, please let us know and we can increase to download limit so you can correct your mistake.
For printed items, please let us know as soon as possible so we can catch it before it goes to print. If it has already been printed and dispatched then we can reprint your cards with a cover charge.

• Any file from Inkbelle Designs comes with a non-exclusive limited use license.
• Personal use only
• Buyer is responsible for their photo and that they have obtained permission from the photographer to duplicate the image for the purposes of creating an invitation/thank you card etc
• The buyer may not otherwise edit, alter, or manipulate the image.
• The buyer may not use any product to create other items.
• Inkbelle Designs remains the sole and exclusive owner and holder of the copyright in the image and the buyer may not sell, lease, loan, transfer, assign or give away the image or otherwise allow a third-party to use the image in any way.
