4 out of 5 starsItem as described and arrived in good time. As others have mentioned the finish applied was thicker than the photos would suggest which makes the item look a little less natural then I would have hoped but it will still serve my needs nicely.

5 out of 5 starsBest shopping experience I've ever had. Right from the start, Elena was always friendly, quick and responded to all requests. She mostly even replied to my messages within 2-5 minutes. She really created my personalized, engraved (not visible on the pictures) keychain with the wood of my choice with love. The key ring and also the chosen wood is very nice. She also chose the outer packaging so that it would not get scratched. (Because I was so looking forward to it, I took off the outer packaging long ago.) The shipping with delivery tracking only took 4 days to Germany, which is really fast. I hope that Elena will soon offer more unique handmade products so that everyone can find something and be convinced by Elena's shopping experience. Will definitely not be my last order :)
