Can I change my address after placing my order?
Yes! We can update your shipping address within 2 hours of placing your order. Simply send us a message through Etsy as soon as possible with your correct address. Once your order goes into production, we are unable to make changes, so please double-check your address at checkout!
What is your return & exchange policy?
Since all items are made-to-order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or in the wrong size, we will gladly send you a free replacement or issue a full refund. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue!
How long does shipping take?
All items are made-to-order! Production typically takes 2-5 business days, and shipping within the USA takes an additional 3-7 business days. You can expect your order to arrive within 5-12 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships!
