What mug sizes do you carry?
We currently offer two mug sizes:
11oz mug with a flat bottom
15oz mug with a rounded bottom
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, all orders come with free gift wrapping
Address Changes & Wrong Shipping Addresses
Please double check your shipping address BEFORE placing your order. If you need to change your address after your order is placed please contact us asap.
We are not responsible for items that are undeliverable or delivered to incorrect addresses given by the buyer.
All packages that are returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
What if my mug arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your mug arrives damaged, please provide us a photo of the damage and we will gladly send you a new one.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes! Simply leave the note you would like in the notes section at check out and we will include it in the package. Please keep your gift message at 200 characters or less.
What if my package is lost?
If tracking shows your package has been delivered but you are not in possession of it you will need to contact your local post office for assistance.
Please provide a safe and secure location for your deliveries. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
If your package is lost in transit and cannot be located we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
