Handmade is WONDERFUL!
Hello, my name is Diana, I come from a family of urban artisans, loom textiles, hand carved leather, ceramics and oil paintings were all over my childhood house, and even today my 93yr old aunt still does ceramics once in a while, though she prefers crosswords and Netflix series!
Creating is so enjoyable and addictive I really look forward to designing something new every day, and inside an artisan's family it’s easy to get hooked in experiencing with new materials and methods. I get raw material directly from other great artisan family and friends from Southern Mexico and Peru, and we all benefit from our hard work without middle-men.
I am fortunate to have a medium size workshop next to my house, where I can fit everything I need for production separate from other areas of the house.
I’m thankful for your business and take each order as if it were a gift for someone dear to me, I hope you enjoy my creations and find something you like. Write me anytime, I answer messages soon.

Custom and personalized orders
Yes, I do custom orders. No returns, exchanges or cancellations on custom work, please check measures and ask any doubts before ordering.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Yes, I can gift wrap the product before shipment, however the cost is extra and depends on the size of the package. Please send a convo and ask.
Where will my purchase ship from?
All orders ship from California, USA.
What service do you use to ship, what's the polycy on lost packages?
Innate Artisan Shop shipping is by USPS. For other carriers please contact me.
For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply and I'm not responsible for loss, delays due to customs, or any other reason beyond my control.
LOST PACKAGE:
Once shipped, we are not responsible for any lost packages. However, Etsy Purchase Protection protects you if your package is lost, please check https://www.etsy.com/etsy-purchase-protection
What's the origin of the materials used?
My items have different sources, most are imported from Mexico or Peru and also made in USA. We do not use any animal derivatives nor anything that is not eco friendly or products from obscure origin.
RETURNS
Anything made from FABRIC is not returnable since to be sanitized it will need to be washed and will not be new anymore. Please ask doubts before buying.
Seasonal merchandise is NON-refundable unless we receive it at least one week before the celebration.
Custom Orders are not returnable/refundable/exchangeable unless the product you receive doesn't match the listing/invoice of your purchase.
In case of doubts, please ask before ordering. All approved returns/refunds will have deductions for shipping, repacking, and restocking.
EXCHANGES
For authorized exchanges customer is responsible for return shipping costs of the original order and the new shipping charge.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE READ
You (BUYER) are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Etsy does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
