Liz Capuano creator of InnerCircleHoops began her hoop journey in 2010 in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and in 2014 she became a certified Hoop Love Coach! When she spun her first hoop she instantaneously fell in love with the bliss she received from hoop dance. Liz truly believes that hooping is a positive outlet through movement that not merely improves the physical body but also can alleviate depression and cultivate confidence.
Liz began InnerCircleHoops on a seemingly uneventful summer day during the summer of 2011. At that time there were still a limited amount of online hoop sellers, many of which were grossly over charging for their products. Tired of seeing other hoopers over pay for hula-hoops, her vision was to provide an affordable yet quality solution. And so it was decided, she would buy her first roll of tubing. Liz called up her friend and they drove to the local hardware store, where her friend loaned her the money for her first dirty roll of black tubing. It has been five years since InnerCircleHoops created that first hoop; little did Liz realize that she would forever look back on that day as the turning point for her hooping life!
Liz truly believes in spreading the hooping bliss with anyone interested and willing to learn, because of InnerCircleHoops she has been able to do this by providing hundreds of affordable hoops to hoopers all over the USA. To this day each hoop she crafts brings her joy knowing that she is sharing the hooping love with another beautiful hula hooper!
