Inner Grace - Find Your True North
All Inner Grace products are handmade in the USA using high-quality, semi-precious stones, genuine silver, gold filled, pewter or brass metals. We are very proud of the high quality semiprecious stones and metals used in our jewelry. The gemstones used in our designs are all super high quality - they are all at least A Grade, unless otherwise noted. We never use cheaper stones that are dyed to look like more expensive stones. Absolutely all of our gemstones are natural and NOT man made. Each gem will be completely one of a kind, and may have some minor inclusions or cleavage that is both normal and natural and makes each piece perfectly unique. We are very careful to not send stones that are damaged. We do not send stones that are broken or chipped. We hand select each stone and are confident you will adore them as much as we do. Quality is our top priority.
We are happy to answer any and questions regarding our products and services. If you contact us directly through Etsy's message system, you can typically expect a response within a few hours unless it is outside of business hours, in which case you can expect a response within 24 hours. When messaging via Etsy, you will be speaking directly to Rima, the owner of Inner Grace Designs.
Every piece is handmade with love and positive intentions. We hope every person that wears our jewelry is blessed with light and love. As a new business, we are currently offering limited quantities of each design. If you see something that has sold out, please contact me. The benefit of being small is that we can take the time to ensure that you get exactly what you're looking for. On that note, if you ever have an issue with a purchase, we will make sure to fix the issue. We want you to love your jewelry as much as we enjoyed designing and making it!
