All Innocent September items are handmade by me, Amber Robinson, the shop owner.
You may be wondering what the shop name means. Honestly, I got it from a website name generator a few years ago and the name has stuck with me ever since -- partially because September is my birth month. That may sound cheesy, but I figure honesty is the best choice when trying to attract customers.
However, the symbols (the peace sign, heart, and butterfly) do have a meaning:
Peace, Love, Freedom
I am very content while making jewelry pieces and I enjoy being creative with wire and beads. I'm free to do as I please with every bit of material I own and call it my own business.
Hopefully this freedom will bring me success.

All payments are to be made through Paypal and must be done so before the item is shipped.
If you wish to cancel an order for any reason, you must notify me by message. If you decide to cancel after you've sent the payment and the transaction has been processed, I will refund you.
Purchases will be sent through the United States Postal Service within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Payment for shipping must be received before order will be shipped. Confirmation of delivery through the postal service will be requested on every package sent.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you would like to get a refund, please send me a message telling me so and why you'd like a refund. Refunds will only be issued if you message me within 7 days of receiving the purchase. In order to receive your refund, you must return all pieces -- you pay for return shipping. Once I receive the returned item, I will refund you the price of the item and both shipping costs.
I will make exchanges, as well, but you must send me a message asking so. I will only accept exchanges if you send the item back as it was sent. However, it doesn't need to be within 7 days -- it can be at any time. Also, you cannot try exchanging the item you already have for something less expensive in order to receive money back. If you wish to exchange for something more expensive, you will have to pay the difference.
