My Workshop

About 9 years ago I have started out as a designer. Designing was a lot of fun, but something was missing, I wanted to MAKE the shoes. Unfortunately there aren't too many places around the world where you can learn shoemaking. Therefore I have decided to learn by myself, after a while I have found a few local tradesmen who have helped me and guided me.

A few years I've found myself in my workshop, at peak production another maker and myself were making 150 pairs a week, it was a lot of hard work but I loved my workshop. I love the smell of coffee, cigarettes and glue drying on soles before attaching to the shoes, for me it smelled as good as fresh bread as it comes out of the oven.

Gradually I took more interest in making more unique shoes, shoes that fit better, and I questioned the environmental impact of making a lot of pruduct- selling- reducing price- and then clearance. It does not make sense.
I truly love making shoes, and I enjoy every moment of it. I pride myself on the quality and craftsmanship of my shoes and strive to make each pair the best pair I've made so far.
I always use the highest quality materials in an effort to make the longest lasting, highest quality sustainable footwear

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy about your shoes please let me know within 3 days of receiving them. I will be more than happy to replace the pair or to accept a return and refund the payment.

If you wish to return the item I will provide a return address. Items must be clearly labeled as a return. Items must be returned with insured tracked delivery service. Please do not use any currier service, packages tend to spend a long time in customs with those services. A refund will only be issued after the item is returned to me unused and unharmed. If you send the item without insurance and it gets lost, I will not be able to refund your purchase.
The buyer assumes all return shipping costs.

***Custom fit shoes with a fitting pair***
Creating a perfect custom fit without being able to take the measurements physically is sometimes tricky. On made to measure pairs returns will not be accepted as a fitting pair will be provided and the shoes will be made only after the customer is satisfied with the fit.

***Customized shoes***
Returns will not be accepted on customized shoes (different materials, color combinations, etc). However, If there is a fit Issue I will remake and replace the shoes with a different size. They buyer will be responsible for all return and additional shipping costs.

Shipping
All of the shoes are made and created especially for you when you order. As each pair is made only when the order is placed, please see each item's description for making time.
All items will be shipped via Canada Post tracked packages which takes 5-6 business days to arrive at the destination (US and Canada)
Buyer is responsible for any customs charges at the destination country.

**Safe Dropping**
I do not safe drop any items. I make no exceptions. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier would leave you a notice to reschedule delivery or where to pickup your item.

Lost Items:
If an item is lost in the mail, the buyer has to provide their contact info for Canada Post's investigation. Buyer must reply to Canada Post's inquiries in order to proceed with the investigation. When the investigation is concluded and the item is declared lost, I will remake and ship the Item again.

SIZING:
If you are uncertain about your size, I recommend to send in your feet measurements. please contact me with foot measuring instructions, It will take you less than 5 minutes and will almost guarantee a perfect fit

COLOR APPEARANCE ON COMPUTER SCREENS:
Colors may appear slightly different in photos and on different screens.
