Hello! Welcome to my shop on Etsy that supplies primarily to rosary artisans! I have an assortment of beautiful Catholic rosary parts and other religious charms etc. My supplies include Italian made rosary items, solid replicated bronze rosary items, bronze, copper and silver plate items as well. I pride myself of excellent customer service. I ship from the USA! Feel free to browse and many blessings!
I accept payment via Paypal or Etsy Direct ONLY. As soon as payments are received, I will send out promptly. If it is an E-check with Paypal, I cannot send out your order until it has cleared (which generally takes 5 to 7 business days to clear).
As an ‘international’ buyer...: ‘Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.’
Also note, Inspirational Supply is NOT responsible for any packages that are either delayed or never received when shipped to international and domestic USA addresses.
Any domestic shipping delays or non deliveries incurred by USPS, is NOT the responsiblity of Inspirational Supply. All orders will have USPS tracking numbers with delivery confirmation.
I am very customer service oriented, and truly want all my customers
to be very happy with their items. If it is necessary to return an item,
please contact me no later than 14 days after your purchase.
You may return the item in its original condition (unworn) in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Once the item is satisfactorily returned,
I will refund through PayPal or Etsy direct. Sorry, but I do not accept returns for
international orders or custom items made for a buyer. The cost of shipping
for returns and exchanges are the buyer's responsibility.
All shipping-related charges will be incurred by the buyer.
I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit regarding returns or exchanges. I sincerely appreciate your business.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to any error on my part or if you are unsatisfied with the product you have received I will of course refund you as soon as you return the product in its original shape. I always appreciate when customers let me know as soon as they receive an item/items that they would like to refund. If items are broken, it will be my responsibility to refund the buyer the ship costs to return if necessary. Ordinarily if an item is broken or unusable, I will not make the buyer ship back. I will of course refund at that point. Any items that the buyer has decided for whatever reason they do not want, then the ship cost at that point is their responsibility.
