I am a big believer in: KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) and want to make your experience with my shop as straight forward as possible. Please contact me if you ever have questions or concerns regarding my store, policies, or jewelry.

Returns and exchanges
You MUST contact InspiredJewelers in the event of a refund or exchange prior to returning the item. Refunds and exchanges will be honored only if in unworn condition and returned within 10 days of receiving your package. InspiredJewelers will not refund any shipping charges.

We ask that you ship back to us the same method we shipped to you.

For exchanges or alterations please include the following information in the package:

1. Your Name
2. Address
3. Information of item to be exchanged or alteration
4. Any additional payment to cover exchanged item or alteration.

*****All custom order sales are final, no exchanges or refunds.****
Made to order items are considered custom orders. An altered piece, such as a sizing, as requested by you is considered custom, and is a final sale. By purchasing a custom order, you are agreeing to our policies. Please contact me if your custom order is not quite right so I can rework the piece to your satisfaction.

Items will be shipped once full payment has been received and cleared.

Paying through Credit Cards and Debit Cards will delay the shipping time as it takes up to a week for the funds to clear, Paypal allows for more immediate funding. I do not have a preference, this is just an FYI.

****You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal. Choose the Paypal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now' button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card without having to sign up for a Paypal account.****
Unfortunately shipping is only available in the United States.

All items will be shipped Priority Mail via the US Postal Service. There will be an e-mail confirmation sent upon shipping and you can track and expect your package within 3 business days.

Insurance or required signature can be arranged at additional typical postal costs to you. *****You must let us know of these preferences at the time of purchase so we can let you know of the additional costs.*****

USPS Tracking service provides the mailer with information about the date and time an article was delivered and, if delivery was attempted but not successful, the date and time of the delivery attempt. USPS Tracking service is available only at the time of mailing. No record is kept at the office of mailing. USPS Tracking service does not include insurance, but insurance may be purchased as an additional service. Delivery status information is available at or by calling 1-800-222-1811

Insured mail provides coverage against loss or damage up to $5,000. Available for Priority Mail. Items may not be insured for more than their value.
For an additional fee, insured mail may be combined with USPS Tracking or Signature Confirmation. For items insured for more than $200, restricted delivery and return receipt service are also available. The amount of insurance coverage for loss is the actual value, less depreciation. No claim payments are made for sentimental losses or for any expenses incurred as a result of the loss.
Additional policies and FAQs
Determining and ordering the correct ring size is the customers responsibility. Please have your finger sized by a trusted local jeweler to insure you order the correct size. Make sure the jeweler sizes the correct finger you plan to wear the ring. Keep in mind that a wide band may fit more snug than a thin band.

Some rings can be sized up or down at an additional cost, please contact me if that information isn't clear for an item you are interested in.....due to a pattern, or design some rings can not be sized without risk to the design and/or stones. I do all my own sizing and alterations so if I can do the changes for free I will!

Some earrings can be altered from pierced to clip, most at no extra charge. Contact me and let me know what you need!

All metal used is SOLID sterling silver, fine silver, and gold. I DO NOT plate my jewelry!! There will be some items that have a blackened finish which is the result of oxidation, NOT a plating process.

All stones are 100% natural, unheated, untreated and not man made. If I do use a treated stone I will have that information in the description, but mostly I avoid using anything other than the real thing!
