All items are posted AS IS, which means we have already noted the flaws in every item. We try to buy only items with minimal defects, however, as vintage goes, not many things last for 20+ years without some small flaw. Please read listings carefully.

We understand that times are tough! If you see something in our store that you absolutely love, but can not really afford at this moment, let us know! We are struggling through school, so we will not judge! Just email us or send us a message on Etsy asking us to reserve that item and let us know when you can buy your reserved item. We will let you know the date that we will hold it until, and post it in the newly reserved listing. In general, we reserve only for a week.
We ship USPS First Class Mail for domestic packages on most orders, unless otherwise stated in the listing.
A few notes:
- We ship hard cover books in a layer of bubble wrap, wrapped in brown paper using USPS Media Mail to keep your cost low. It usually takes about 7 days. If you would like a different service or packaging, please contact us.
- Our goal is LOW COST shipping, so we estimate the shipping on items individually, and if the price is higher than a flat rate box, we ship flat rate. Some items, however will not fit in standard flat rate boxes, so we have to ship them by weight.
- Large items are shipped using Parcel Post. This service can be VERY slow, so please let us know if you need your order in a hurry before we ship it, so we can decide your best option.
- Shipping is always estimated, so if you overpay by more than $1.00, we will refund the difference.
- For breakable items, shipping is always higher because of packaging to ensure your order makes it safe and sound.
For international orders we can ship Global Express if needed.
Please allow 1-2 days handling for all orders, unless your item needs extra time (usually items over ten pounds take longer).
If you would like to upgrade to domestic Express, please let us know and we can upgrade it in the listing before your purchase.
Even with the best shipping and packaging, sometimes orders arrive damaged. If your is over $400.00 USD, or you are just concerned about the safety of your order, we offer a minimal insurance fee. Just let us know before you purchase if you would like insurance, and on what items.
We will email you your tracking and confirmation code(s) no later than 12 hours after your order has been shipped. As previously stated, tracking is not available on First Class International.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer you a refund period of ten days after it is delivered (the refund period is one week for sale items). We will refund you your initial shipping cost, and ask that you return the item as soon as possible after contacting us about the refund (3-4 days).
If the item is shipped back to us damaged, we unfortunately cannot honor the refund, and the item will be returned to you for no extra charge. In some cases we give a 30% refund for damaged items (orders over $70.00 USD).
We will refund through PayPal when we receive the item in the same condition as it was first purchased (by the customer).

Additional policies and FAQs
We are happy to offer you clothes that come from a smoke-free, hypo-allergenic pet home, and are kept neatly packed in tissue paper and boxes until purchased.
All the clothes we sell have been laundered. Similarly, if a garment is priced over $100.00 USD, and requires it, we will have the item dry cleaned before it is listed. Most garments are washed with a fresh smelling detergent and fabric softener, so your item arrives smelling and feeling clean. However, as all our items are many years old, we recommend you wash them before wearing with your preferred method. Some clothes retain the smell of cigarettes from previous owners after washing, and if so it will be stated in the listing.
We strive to show all our products are exactly as they are in person, flaws and all. We provide detailed lists of individual elements of the flaws in the listing description, so be sure to check before buying. Some vintage garments may have extra padding, i.e. shoulder pads. Please specify if you would like these removed in the purchase notes or in conversation.
All garments are measured flat, so for best fit, measure a similar garment that fits you well, while it lays flat and compare the two. Fitting clothing from the Internet can be tricky, we understand, so please contact us if you have any questions. If a garment listing is without measurements, either contact us, or check back within a day or two. We post in batches, which helps conserve time, so sometimes, we'll take measurements after posting.
All sale items will be labeled as such. Sale items will be priced AT THE DISCOUNTED PRICE. You may use a coupon code with sale items. The refund period is one week from delivery for sale items.
We offer gift wrapping for $2.50 USD, and specialty wrapping for $5.00 USD. Please purchase the gift wrapping listing, and in the checkout notes let us know which item to wrap if you have purchased multiple items.
