The product itself it really great but the service (or lake of) was not great. After I purchased this item I received info of when it will be shipped out and how there will be more info after that certain day. But when that day came it didn't ship out and I didn't receive any information. So I contacted the shop regarding my situation and when I will be receiving my item. I didn't get any respond! Nothing! And when my purchase finally shipped out I still didn't receive an email explaining what happened. I gave this shop alot of hype and was really excited to continue to shop here but I dont think I will after this. Usually my service with etsy is really informative with my purchases and if there's any delays I always receive an email/message telling me so.
