IntrepidTulips' Shop Policies
New yarn should make you happy. Soft, new, hand-dyed yarn should make you ecstatic. Payment for yarn shouldn't be a complicated process. The policies below are intended to support this philosophy. If I can improve on them, please let me know.
USA PAYMENT OPTIONS
-PayPal (you can use PayPal to pay with a credit card; registration is not required)
-Money Order (Check must be received before item will be shipped.)
-Personal Check (Check must clear before item will be shipped.)
OUTSIDE THE USA (International)
-I accept PayPal. The customs form will state the sales value of the items purchased. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Any chargeable import taxes and duties are payable by the customer.
If payment is not submitted at the time of the order (which is when it’s due) please contact me to make arrangements. If arrangements are not made within 3 days after placing the order, the transaction will be canceled.
I ship first class using the U.S. Postal Service, usually the next day. If you would like your package insured, tracked, expedited, or shipped with UPS or Fedex, please contact me to make arrangements.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your new yarn does not make you happy, please let me know within 10 days of receiving your purchase, and I'll be happy to refund the purchase price AND THE OUTBOUND SHIPPING charges, with the return of the yarn in unused condition.
If your purchased yarn doesn’t perform as expected (superwashability, colorfastness, not normal wear and tear) during the first year after purchase, I really want to know. Please contact me, and I'll refund it's cost with profound apologies. This has never been an issue, and I put my base yarns through their paces in hopes that it never will.
