I want to take a moment and thank ever customer who has supported this shop over the years, especially 2020!! This has been a crazy few years and Intrepid never would've survived without our customers support. Running a business is hard enough with two small kids but now, with both kids home so often because of COVID, life is INSANE!! Orders ship very quickly but we sometimes need 24-72 hrs to respond to email inquiries. We also do a ton of markets and festivals throughout the year so we stay very busy. Most days our inbox is swamped so we appreciate your patience! Please don't leave a 1 star review saying "shop over never responded" If you immediately don't hear back.

Please understand, Intrepid Jewelry is a small, family owned business with a FAMILY FIRST POLICY. What that means is that every person working for Intrepid has a family and puts their FAMILY FIRST above profit. That has little to no impact to you as a customer but occasionally might affect you if you contact us during the holidays or over the weekend. We reserve this time to spend with our family and focus on them solely and we hope you understand. Any emails sent, or orders placed, after 4pm on Friday will not be handled until the following Monday. If you email us on a major holiday, we will most likely not respond until the following business day. Occasionally, kids come home sick from school and in that situation we go home and take care of them. Twice a year the school district has early dismissal for parent conferences, during those times we will be off early to spend the afternoon with our kids. We value our customers very much but place our FAMILY FIRST in every situation. At Intrepid we feel that as small business owners the values of family are slowly being compromised by American capitalism and we strive to do better.
